His strategic acumen in planning and executing large-scale AI/ML initiatives has resulted in the successful development of world-class platforms for industry leaders including Google, Unity, Uber, Microsoft, and Amazon. A recognised expert in the field, he is passionate about advancing AI and its applications across diverse industries. 

Chief Scientist

Sean is an accomplished scientist and technology product executive, and co-founder of Complexio. His work spans 20+ years of technical leadership across machine learning, IoT, SaaS, and enterprise systems. Notable developments include the creation of a pioneering solar power generating appliance, an AI brain, mobile payment solutions, an energy analytics SaaS platform, and connected smart farms.

David is an experienced executive within deep technology and co-founder of Complexio. He has consistently been at the forefront of technological advancements for over two decades, having made significant strides in various sectors including mobile technologies, aviation, messaging systems, media, agriculture, and manufacturing.

Matthew is a senior executive with 30 years of leadership in tech. He specialises in enterprise software solutions and digital technologies in startup environments and public companies, and has held senior positions at SAP, ServiceNow, and BlackBerry. His expertise spans complex enterprise software solutions (on-premise and cloud) as well as mobile, digital, ML, generative AI and low-code technologies.  

CTO

Niels is an accomplished technical leader known for his expertise in developing scalable software and leading complex global tech initiatives. He is a specialist in hyperscale solutions, platform transformations, and leveraging open-source technologies, with a proven track record in market-leading products across mobile, adtech, gaming and banking. 

CFO 

François is an accomplished finance leader with over 20 years of global experience in B2B technology, media, and SaaS. He specialises in driving strategic growth, optimising costs, and managing complex multinational operations. A former CFO at Bloomberg and with an MBA from ESSEC Business School, he is passionate about building strong relationships, fostering talent, and enhancing processes.  

General Counsel

Charlotte is an experienced French-qualified lawyer serving as Complexio’s General Legal Counsel. She has worked in both French and European law firms and has expertise spanning corporate law, employment law, contract negotiation, and regulatory compliance. She ensures that legal considerations enhance business strategy and foster growth, without adding unnecessary complexity. 

Customer Success Director

Cai is a seasoned leader in Customer Success and AI advocacy and is experienced in driving value for B2B technology businesses, with expertise in building high performing teams and aligning technology investments with tangible business results. His leadership journey includes scaling global customer success operations, mentoring tech professionals, and driving enterprise partnerships across Financial, Legal, and Insurance sectors. 

CISO & Principal Engineer 

Tam is a seasoned technology leader with 25 years of experience building mission-critical systems across investment banking and technology startups, and architecting high-scale real-time trading systems, payments infrastructure, and AI/ML platforms. As a serial entrepreneur, he has co-founded multiple companies specialising in low-latency middleware and large-scale web content optimisation. His expertise spans enterprise security and distributed systems architecture. 

Principal Data Scientist 

Jakob has over 30 years of experience in quantitative research, with expertise spanning computer science, algorithms, financial modelling, and mathematics, and their applications in software development. He has held senior positions at some of the world’s leading financial institutions, including JP Morgan Chase, Royal Bank of Scotland, Bank of America, and Nordea Markets. 

Head of Product 

James is a product leader with over a decade of experience building and scaling platforms across industries and geographies. He has held senior roles at companies spanning early-stage startups to IPO-stage super-apps, leading teams in Europe and Asia. At Complexio, he drives product strategy and delivery, aligning AI innovation with customer needs to create impactful, user-focused solutions.

Andreas is a development leader experienced in tech across the finance, retail, mobile and construction industries. He has delivered high-quality software solutions for world-leading organisations including Vodafone. He is passionate about driving agile methodologies and leading complex teams to achieve exceptional results. 

Engineering Manager

Thomas is an accomplished engineering leader with over 20 years of experience in infrastructure, SRE, and platform operations across the finance, technology, and gambling sectors. At Complexio, he leads infrastructure, DevOps, and MLOps, building the foundation for AI-driven products and customer deployments. He focuses on advancing operational maturity, growing engineering talent, and delivering secure, resilient systems that enable automation using whole company data.

Thomas is a lifelong entrepreneur with a track record of growing companies from idea to scale. Driven by an innate curiosity and compulsion to create, he has founded and built several businesses in the tech and digital marketing space, including the digital agency Bærnholdt. He brings expertise in strategy development, operational scaling, and cross-functional project management, enabling Complexio to build solid foundations for sustainable growth.
